All arrangements ordered are not identical to the image as all arrangements are custom hand made to order to ensure the best quality of the arrangment. You will be notified if a particular item is our of stock for your arrangement to organise a replacement item in your order. If you don't wish to not have the replacement item we can issue a full refund.
